The invention relates to the field of city sewage rainfall pipeline systems, in particular to an emergency rainfall flood discharge system. The emergency rainfall flood discharge system comprises a water tank and a regulation and storage tank. An overflow wall is disposed in the water tank to separate the same into a channel on one side and a regulation tank on the other side. One end of the channel is provided with a water inlet, and the other end thereof is provided with a water outlet. A first through hole communicated with natural water and a second through hole communicated with the regulation and storage tank are formed in the regulation tank. A control device is disposed on each of the first through hole and the second through hole, and the control device controls the opening and closing of each of the first through hole and the second through hole. A submersible sewage pump for discharge sewage to the natural water is mounted in the regulation and storage tank. The emergency rainfall flood discharge system is simple in structure, convenient to use, small in floor space, high in automation level and worthy of popularization.
