The fireproofing and thermal insulation material is of high flame resistance and of good thermal insulation function, and the conductive coefficient can be lowered to o.17W/m.K. The color steel core board comprises a color steel core board body. The color steel core board body comprises a fireproofing and heat insulating frame, the front surface and back surfaces of the fireproofing and heat insulating frame are covered with metal panels, the end face of the fireproofing and heat insulating frame is connected with a side plate, and bearing protruding and bearing depression used for supporting the main body weight of the color steel core board are formed in the color steel core board body. When the color steel core board is used, the main body weight acts on the fireproofing and thermal insulation material through the side plate, and further acts on the fireproofing and heat insulating frame through the fireproofing and thermal insulation material, so that the force is born by the integral color core board , the structure change accused by force bearing only by the side plate is avoided; the structure is more stable, the service life is longer, and the duration of fire resistance is over 3 hours.
