The invention discloses a vibration preventing and energy saving outer wall enclosing system. The vibration preventing and energy saving outer wall enclosing system comprises at least two wall body modules, and is provided with a wall body slide device, wherein sealing structures are arranged between adjacent two wall body modules; the wall body slide device comprises a slide block, a guide rail and a guide rail fixing device; the guide rail is fixed on the guide rail fixing device; the slide block is fixed on the vibration preventing and energy saving outer wall enclosing system, and can slide along the guide rail; a lap of wall body sealing strips is encircled on the peripheral side wall of every wall body module; the wall body sealing strips comprise bottom pads, and at least two elastic cylinders formed on the bottom pads; the elastic cylinders on the bottom pads are parallel to each other, and extend in the side wall directions of the wall body modules; the bottom pads are bonded on the peripheral side walls of the wall body modules; and the elastic cylinders corresponding to the two wall body sealing strips between adjacent two wall body modules are pressed against to close gaps between the adjacent two wall body modules. The vibration preventing and energy saving outer wall enclosing system effectively buffer the shock of the earthquake on wall bodies, and has excellent vibration preventing effect.
