The invention relates to a suspended ceiling with an LED (light-emitting diode) lamp on a keel. The suspended ceiling comprises the keel and a panel, the keel comprises a keel body, aluminum profiles, a light transmission piece and a lamp strip, the cross section of the keel body is integrally of an inverted triangular structure, an opening is formed in the bottom of the keel body, the aluminum profiles are fixed between two sides of the keel body, two ends of the bottoms of the aluminum profiles extend downwards to form clamping connection arms respectively, two flanges are arranged are arranged at the lower ends of the inner sides of the clamping connection arms, the lamp strip is fixed between the two clamping connecting walls at the bottoms of the aluminum profiles, two ends of the light transmission piece extend upwards to form side walls respectively, two grooves are formed in the outside of the side wall, the light transmission piece is fixed to the aluminum profiles by fastening the side walls and the clamping connecting walls, a notch is formed in one end of the panel, a projected strip is arranged on the notch close to the inner side of the outer end of the outer end, the panel is inserted among a clamping connection portion of the keel body and side walls of the aluminum profiles through the side walls, and the projected strip is fastened on the inner wall of the clamping connection portion. The suspended ceiling is short in mounting period, and a lot of labor is saved.
