The invention provides a silk screen template for on-site making of inorganic wallpaper on a wall. The outer side of a template body is provided with edge covers used for tightening tie pieces and connected with an aluminum alloy frame in the mode that the tightening tie pieces with punched holes penetrate through the edge covers. The template body is made of photosensitive materials. The invention further provides an inorganic wallpaper on-site making method through the silk screen template. By means of the template and the on-site making method, the wall can show a decorative effect similar to the effect of the wallpaper, and the inorganic wallpaper is rich in pattern, bright in color, easy and convenient to construct and free of harmful substances such as VOC, benzene, formaldehyde and heavy metal, thereby being novel environment-friendly ecological wallpaper.
