The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a ceramic tile. The manufacturing method includes the following steps that the base layer of the ceramic tile is cleaned up with a cleaning agent and then dried; the surface of the ceramic file is coated with a polishing agent at a high temperature to form a polished layer, and the polished ceramic tile is cleaned and dried again; a noise-reducing agent is pumped into a spraying tray to become waterfall-like fluid, and the polished ceramic file is conveyed through the waterfall-like fluid at a constant speed to form a noise-reducing layer and then conveyed to a kiln through rollers; the ceramic file is baked at a high temperature and then cooled, so that the ceramic tile with a noise reducing function is obtained. The ceramic tile comprises the ceramic tile base layer, the polished layer and the noise-reducing layer. With the noise-reducing layer, the ceramic tile manufactured through the manufacturing method can achieve a good noise reduction effect through diffuse reflection of formed pores and can also be used for improving tone quality. Because the noise-reducing layer is manufactured in the manner that the noise-reducing agent is pumped into the spraying tray to become the waterfall-like fluid, the efficiency of the manufacturing method can be improved, and the pores of the noise-reducing layer can be uniform in structure distribution and thickness distribution.
