The invention relates to an environmentally-friendly decorative sheet and a manufacturing method of the environmentally-friendly decorative sheet. The environmentally-friendly decorative sheet is made of peach pits, a panel, ornamental stone and adhesives. The manufacturing method of the environmentally-friendly decorative sheet comprises the steps that the wooden panel is cleaned to remove surface impurities, and is dried in the air or baked, peach kernels are removed from the peach pits, the planes of the peach pits are polished to be smooth, then the peach pits are put into a hydrochloric acid solution to be soaked, the planes of polished peach pit shells are soaked with the adhesives to adhere to the panel, and gaps between the peach shells are filled with the ornamental stone which is soaked with the adhesives. The environmentally-friendly decorative sheet has the advantages of being firm and reliable, light in self weight, and convenient to construct, and can be widely applied to indoor and outdoor ornament and decoration of various buildings.
