The invention relates to a flame-retardant antibacterial coiled material floor. The coiled material floor sequentially comprises a UV processing layer, a PVC wear-resisting layer, a PVC reinforcing layer, a fiber reinforcing layer and a foaming buffer layer from top to bottom and is characterized in that a fire retardant and an anti-bacterial agent are added into the UV processing layer. The coiled material floor has the advantages that the fire retardant and the anti-bacterial agent are added into the UV processing layer, and therefore when the coiled material floor is laid and used indoors, flame-retardant and anti-bacterial effects can be achieved.
