The technology comprises the steps that a layer of blockboard (3) preventing a gypsum board (2) from stretching or retracting is fixed to the outward side of an original floor, the blockboard (3) is covered with the gypsum board (2), a keel (6) is placed on the upper edge of the original floor, a subfloor (5) is placed on the keel (6), a floor (4) is placed on the subfloor (5), a handrail closing opening (1) is formed in the gypsum board (2), the floor (4) and the subfloor (5), the handrail opening (1) comprises a lower covering opening (12) covering the gypsum board (2) and an upper covering opening (11) covering the floor (4), and a gap for preventing stretching and retracting is reserved between the handrail closing opening (1) and the floor (4). The atrium platform vertical joint stretchable structural technology is of the stretchable structure, and is attractive in appearance and good in practicability.
