The dirt resistance and bacteria resistance type coiled material floor comprises an UV treatment layer, a PVC wear resistant layer, a PVC reinforcement layer and a fiber reinforcement layer from top to bottom in sequence, wherein a foaming buffer layer is arranged below the fiber reinforcement layer; and a dirt resisting agent and a bacteria resisting agent are added in the UV treating layer. The dirt resistance and bacteria resistance type coiled material floor has the following advantages: as the dirt resisting agent and the bacteria resisting agent are added in the UV treating layer, the coiled material floor can achieve the dirt resisting and bacteria resisting effects in indoor laying use.
