Manual wall brushing machine controlled by sprockets and chain
The invention discloses a manual wall brushing machine controlled by sprockets and a chain. The manual wall brushing machine comprises a base, a paste spraying cylinder and a rolling brush. The paste spraying cylinder is connected with a coating material tank though a paste transferring hose. Stand columns are fixed on the base. The lower portion of one stand column is provided with a driving sprocket. The upper portion of one stand column is provided with a driven sprocket. The driving sprocket is connected with the driven sprocket through the chain. One sliding block is fixed on the chain. The sliding blocks are fixedly connected with the paste spraying cylinder. Connecting rods are fixed on the two ends of the paste spraying cylinder. A rolling brush shaft is fixed between the two connecting rods, wherein the rolling brush shaft is parallel to the rolling brush. The rolling brush shaft is provided with the rolling brush. The driving sprocket is fixed on one end of a first shaft. The first shaft is arranged on the base. The other end of the first shaft is connected with a cross rod with a handle. The first shaft is provided with main locking holes. A row of sub locking holes is arranged on the position opposite to the main locking holes on one stand column. The main locking holes are connected with the sub locking holes through a latch, so that the rotation of the first shaft can be stopped by locking the first shaft. According to the manual wall brushing machine, the height of the rolling brush is convenient to adjust, the wall brushing speed is increased, and coating materials are saved, so that the decoration cost is lowered.
