Technique for high-precision leveling of structural flooring
The invention provides a technique for high-precision leveling of structural flooring. The technique comprises the steps of a, fixing multiple screeding parts to a template, wherein the height of the screeding parts is matched with the thickness of a concrete layer, each screeding part is provided with a horizontal top surface, and the multiple screeding parts are evenly distributed on the upper surface of the template; b, conducting pouring with the top surfaces of the screeding parts as the base level of concreting, and making the upper surface of the concrete layer flush with or higher than the top surfaces of the screeding parts; c, leveling the upper surface of poured concrete with the top surfaces of the screeding parts as the benchmark before concrete setting. According to the technique, the screeding parts are poured into concrete and serve as the benchmark of concrete pouring and leveling, thickness consistency of the structural flooring is guaranteed on the premise that the strength of the concrete structural flooring is guaranteed, the flatness of the concrete ground can be controlled to be within 5 mm, leveling technique is simplified greatly, and leveling efficiency is improved.
