The method comprises the following steps that L-shaped bolts are embedded in a foundation beam, U-shaped composite sections and square composite sections are fixed to the foundation beam, the U-shaped composite sections are fixed to keels of door and window hole frames, and H-shaped composite sections and the U-shaped composite sections are fixed to reinforced concrete frame beams; the two ends of a prefabricated floor are fixed to the reinforced concrete frame beams, and outer wall outside plates are inserted into the U-shaped composite sections and the H-shaped composite sections; ventilating pipelines, electric appliance circuits are arranged on outer wall inside plates, composite section plates are in reinforcing connection with the keels and the U-shaped composite sections on door and window holes through stainless steel expansion screws, doors and windows are mounted, clearances are filled, and cement-based adhesive mortar is plastered. The structure is simple, all components to be mounted can be connected through common components, the construction method is simple, mounting is convenient and fast, the work period can be effectively shortened, and the project manufacturing cost is saved.
