The invention discloses crossbeam telescoping type parking equipment comprising an unmovable steel framework, a movable steel framework, a front-back moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism, car carrying boards, safety facilities and an electrical apparatus control system. The crossbeam telescoping type parking equipment is characterized in that the lower layer is an original cement floor, when upper cars do not need to be parked and picked, parking and picking of lower cars are unaffected by upper equipment and whether or not cars are parked on the equipment, and parking and picking are facilitated; when the upper cars need to be parked and picked, the lower cars have not to be moved for avoiding, parking and picking operation of the upper cars is completed by lifting action of the lifting mechanism after the movable steel framework moves frontwards and backwards in place, and operation is simplified and facilitated. In one independent garage, four parking spaces consume production cost of only two mechanical garages, capital is saved, and space is saved.
