A double-chamber multi-burner calcining kiln is characterized in that the double-chamber multi-burner calcining kiln contains feed inlets, collection chambers, air outlets, burners, thermally assisted burners, preheating chambers, calcining chambers, cooling chambers, discharging ports and high temperature chambers, wherein two kiln bodies are communicated with each other through an annular channel at the upper part of each cooling chamber; each collection chamber is arranged at the upper part of each corresponding preheating chamber; the insert burners are arranged in the calcining chambers; the cooling chambers are provided with the air outlets; each high temperature chamber is disposed between the corresponding calcining chamber and the corresponding cooling chamber; a gas thermal accumulator or 1-5 gas emission thermally assisted burners and 1-5 combustion-supporting gas emission thermally assisted burners is/are mounted inside each high temperature chamber; and the gas emission thermally assisted burners and the combustion-supporting gas emission thermally assisted burners are arranged in a staggered pattern and are annularly installed around the kiln walls. The invention has advantages as follows: as the double-chamber multi-burner calcining kiln is used to calcine by a two-stage combustion mode by the utilization of a high-temperature calcining zone, content of sulphur in a calcined product is reduced, and quality of the calcined product is enhanced; and as the high-temperature calcining zone adopts the thermally assisted burners and oxygen is utilized to help combustion, combustion intensity is raised, and energy consumption is reduced.
