Early-strength filling gel material prepared by using solid wastes
The invention discloses an early-strength filling gel material prepared by using solid wastes. The filling gel material comprises the following components by weight percent: 4-6 percent of carbide slag, 16-18 percent of desulfurized gypsum, 2-3 percent of industrial mirabilite, 1-2 percent of anhydrous sodium sulfite, 5-15 percent of fly ash and 62-72 percent of slag powder. The raw materials for preparation of the filling gel material are mainly waste carbide slag, desulfurized gypsum, water quenching slag and fly ash, which account for 95 percent above, have a wide source, and are easily ground; the cost for preparing the gel material is low, and the process is simple; and in addition, the effective use of the solid wastes reduces the waste of the solid wastes, the utilization rate of the solid wastes is improved, and the early-strength filling gel material dislcosed by the invention is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
