The invention discloses a high recovery rate and environmental protection gypsum calciner dedusting system. The system includes a main machine, an electric dust collector, a cloth bag dust collector, a water bath dust collector, a sedimentation dust collector and an exhaust outlet, a deduster system main heat exchange part adopts the following two different heat transfer ways: convection heat transfer and conduction heat transfer, and conduction heat transfer is carried out in the first zone and the second zone of a main calciner through adopting a high temperature heat pipe heat transfer technology; and heated compressed wind passes through a wind umbrella arranged at the bottom directly acts on gypsum powder to carry out convection heat transfer in order to make a material in the first zone and the second zone in a high temperature hot wind acted fluidized heat transfer state, the material subjected to surface water evaporation in the first zone and the second zone enters a third zone in an overflow mode in order to greatly improve the gas and solid phase heat and mass transfer efficiency, and a special scattering device can timely solve the gypsum caking problem caused by the high water content material.
