Production technology of home decoration product from ore waste material
The invention relates to a production technology of a home decoration product from ore waste materials, which comprises following steps: (1) stirring mica powder with resin and allowing the mixture to stand for 2-3 h; (2) adding phenethyl alcohol or lavender oil to the mixture with indoor temperature being maintained to be 20-30 DEG C, wherein the weight ratio of the phenethyl alcohol or the lavender oil to the mixture is 1:4; (3) pouring the mixture material into a gypsum die and performing vacuum-vibrating moulding through a vibrating screen; and (4) performing a demoulding process after the mixture material solidified. The weight ratio of the mica powder to the resin is 2:1. The fineness of the mica powder can be higher than 80 meshes. The product can be used for furniture being deep in color, is firm and durable, is healthy and environmental-protective, is simple in production process, is low in cost and has an excellent popularizing and using value.
