The invention relates to a vermiculite plate capable of releasing negative oxygen ions and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials, namely weighing expanded vermiculite, cellulose, quartz sand, cement and tourmaline as raw materials according to volume percentage; (2) stirring materials, namely mixing and uniformly stirring the raw materials by virtue of a stirrer; (3) molding, namely injecting the uniformly stirred materials into a belt by virtue of a high-pressure pump, and pressing and molding by adopting a belt flow slurry conveying roller; (4) baking, namely maintaining the molded product at normal temperature for 4 hours, carrying out vapor-pressing for 18 hours at 100 DEG C, and baking at 120 DEG C for 5 hours. Compared with the prior art, the vermiculite plate has the advantages of negative oxygen ion release, environmental friendliness, strong practicality and the like.
