Carbon fiber of externally-deposited SiBCN gradient coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a carbon fiber of an externally-deposited SiBCN gradient coating. The carbon fiber comprises a carbon fiber basal body and a SiBCN gradient coating deposited on the basal body, wherein the gradient coating is geared with the basal body in a mechanical bonding and chemical bonding manner; the content of free carbon in the gradient coating is gradually reduced from inside to outside; the gradient coating is prepared by using borazine and liquid-state polycarbosilane as raw materials by means of a chemical gas phase deposition process. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning the carbon fiber basal body material; drying and putting into a deposition furnace; replacing the air in the deposition furnace; preheating under the set vacuum degree and temperature; introducing diluted gas; controlling a mixing proportion of NH3 and H2 in carrier gas; leading borazine and liquid-state polycarbosilane into the deposition furnace; gradually depositing SiBCN decomposed in a furnace hearth of the deposition furnace on the surface of the carbon fiber to form the gradient coating. The coating is uniform, compact and high in high-temperature stability; moreover, the carbon fiber anti-oxidization capability can be greatly improved.
