Antitheft door employing all-water-foamed polyester rigid foam plastic
The invention discloses a manufacturing technology of an antitheft door employing a special material and especially discloses an antitheft door employing all-water-foamed polyester rigid foam plastic. In the technical scheme, the manufacturing technology includes following steps: (1) weighing and mixing uniformly following raw materials: polyether polyol, a foam stabilizing agent, a composite foaming catalyst and water to obtain a polyether composition; (2) weighing the polyether composition with isocyanate according to a formula with mixing and stirring to enable the mixture to foam freely; and (3) after foam formed, filling an antitheft door with the foamed material through injection holes. The employed rigid polyurethane foam raw material is excellent in flowability and is excellent in binding performance after being foamed and filling the antitheft door so that a surface plate can be tightly combined with the foam. The antitheft door is flat in surface. The all-water-foamed polyester rigid foam plastic is high in compression strength. The rigid polyurethane foam is low in thermal-conductive coefficient, is excellent in thermal insulating effect. In addition, by means of water as a foaming agent, the manufacturing technology is simple in operations, is very low in requirement on equipment and is environmental-friendly.
