The invention relates to a novel high-speed rail measuring instrument. The novel high-speed rail measuring instrument mainly comprises three parts of a mechanical structure, software analysis and hardware control, and is characterized in that the hardware control mainly comprises a data acquisition system and a human-computer interchange system, wherein the data acquisition system comprises a dip angle displacement acquisition subsystem, a mileage acquisition subsystem and a gyro acquisition subsystem; and the human-computer interchange system comprises a display system and a storage system. The novel high-speed rail measuring instrument adopts the distributive data acquisition to synchronously perform the data acquisition for one measurement point in detection, so that the measurement efficiency is improved; and the system has such characteristics as high test precision and low error rate.
