Manufacturing process of colorful floor tiles for urban roads
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of colorful floor tiles for urban roads. Concave floor-tile-shaped holes are formed in wood boards through drilling. Round holes are formed in the centers of the boards through drilling. Multiple wood boards with of the identical specification and shape are produced and are combined by a combined metal frame into a form board through clamping. After a release agent is pasted on the inner face of the form board, the form board is pressed on the ground requiring pavement. Cement mortar consisting of cement mortar additives, pigments, cement and fine sand is filled in the form board. After the cement mortar is condensed, the colorful floor tiles for road pavement are formed. The process has the advantages of low production cost, and flexible construction, and can produce tiles with nice appearance. The process meets requirements for pavement of urban roads with nice appearance.
