Longitudinal constraint method for cable-stayed bridges
The invention discloses a longitudinal constraint method for cable-stayed bridges. The method is characterized in that longitudinal adjustable supports are arranged on the two sides of a main tower along the bridge direction at the main tower and main girder connection positions to form a tower-girder hinged support system. By the aid of the method, the longitudinal adjustable supports are arranged at the tower and girder connection positions to be used as longitudinal constraint to form the tower-girder hinged support system, the cable-stayed bridge structural system is developed, and the method is applicable to single-tower cable-stayed bridges with the tower and the girder made of different materials. Compared with a consolidation system, the tower and girder joint structure is simple to process, convenient to construct and low in manufacturing cost; compared with floating systems or half-floating systems, the structure performance can be improved, temporary consolidation measured are not needed to be taken additionally during construction, and technical, economic and social benefits are apparent.
