A bridge deck anti-icing device is composed of a transverse heat conduction pipe, a bridge deck main body with a groove, a bridge deck surface layer, a temperature control box, a heating source and a power line. The transverse heat conduction pipe is embedded into the groove of the bridge deck main body; the diameter of the groove is adapted to the transverse heat conduction pipe and the bridge deck surface layer covers the transverse heat conduction pipe. The transverse heat conduction pipe transversely passes through a whole lane and the other end of the transverse heat conduction pipe is connected with the heating source; the temperature control box is engaged with the heating source by the power line. When the temperature of a bridge deck is lower than 2 DEG C, the heating source is automatically opened by the temperature control box and a heat source is transmitted to the surface of the bridge deck heat conduction pipe, so that the bridge deck surface layer is heated and the bridge deck is prevented from being iced. The temperature of the bridge deck surface layer keeps more than 0 DEG C by the heat conduction pipe through the heating source; with the adoption of the device, the icing problem of the bridge deck can be solved, the driving safety is improved and the accidents are reduced.
