The invention discloses a construction method for preserving a curtain grouting pipe in underground impervious wall. After a concrete positioning seat is arranged in the bottom of an impervious wall trench by connecting an embedded grouting pipe in the impervious wall trench, a hooping beam is arranged at the top of the embedded grouting pipe; after the top of the embedded grouting pipe is positioned by a connecting bolt of the hooping beam, two ends of the hooping beam are fixed on guide walls of the impervious wall. According to the construction method disclosed by the invention, the concrete positioning seat is used as a fixed seat at the bottom end of the embedded curtain grouting pipe in the underground impervious wall, so that the bottom end of the embedded curtain grouting pipe is prevented from displacing when the concrete of the impervious wall is poured; the top of the embedded curtain grouting pipe is fixed by adopting the hooping beam, so that the top of the embedded curtain grouting pipe is prevented from displacing. The construction method is quick and accurate in use and low in cost.
