The invention discloses a construction method of a bidirectional spiral soil-squeezing cast-in-place pile. The construction method comprises the steps of construction preparation; drill pulling and concrete pumping; steel reinforcement cage placement; repeated construction; pile body maintenance; foundation pile test and detection. The construction method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that during a drilling process, the noise is low, the vibration is small, and soil is completely not discharged and conveyed; since a soil mass in a pile hole can be bidirectionally squeezed in a side wall of the pile hole by a bidirectional closed squeezing and expanding drill bit during drill forwarding and drill pulling, the phenomenon of displacement and strength attenuation in the pile hole due to stress release of the soil mass around a pile resulted from pile hole collapse, too thick slurry protection wall, too thick pile bottom sediment and pile hole soil discharging in a non-soil squeezing pile construction method can be avoided during a pile forming process; the construction method is determined to have small affect on the environment and is an environment-friendly type green construction method; since the construction period is short, the affect on surrounding traffic and social activities is also smaller.
