The water-collecting irrigation device comprises rainwater collection boxes and drip irrigation pipes; after rainwater collection, in little-rain seasons, a control valve can be opened for supplementing water for the whole slope surface needing to be nursed by the drip irrigation pipes; horizontal ditches are constructed to be trapezoid-shaped, the rainwater collection boxes are also machined to be trapezoid-shaped correspondingly and are put in the horizontal ditches, and the shapes of the horizontal ditches play a role in fixing the rainwater collection boxes, so that the rainwater collection boxes are prevented from sliding along the slope surface after accommodating water; moreover, the horizontal ditches are trapezoid-shaped, so that the water storage volume is increased, and the rainwater collection box can store more rainwater; moreover, a detachable grid is arranged at an upper end opening of each rainwater collection box, so that sundries from mountain slopes can be prevented from falling in the rainwater collection boxes; moreover, after the rainwater collection boxes are moved out from the horizontal ditches and the grids are detached, sediments in the rainwater collection boxes can be poured out from the upper end openings, so that the influence of water storage caused by excessive sediments is avoided.
