The invention relates to a construction method for a reserved hole of an equipment foundation bolt. The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly selecting a columnar square pillar with a proper size according to the size of the reserved hole of the bolt, laminating a thin foam plate on the embedded part of the lower part of the square pillar, tightly enwinding plastic paper to wrap the square pillar, well fixing the square pillar before casting concrete, and then casting the concrete, casting the part, on which the plastic paper is enwound, of the square pillar into the concrete; after the concrete is solidified, pulling out the square pillar, mashing the foam plate, irrigating water into the hole so as to flush away the foam. The construction method has the advantages of simple construction process, convenience of template removal, cost-saving property, ensured construction quality and greatly improved construction efficiency.
