The invention aims to provide a water hydrant device easy to operate an operating handle. The operating handle is disposed at the upper end of the water hydrant body to adjust the flow of water discharged from a water spitting part and a shower nozzle. Specifically, the water hydrant device provided by the invention includes: the water hydrant body, which erects upward from a setting surface; the water spitting part, which protrudes from the upper part of the water hydrant body to form a water spitting port for spitting water; the shower nozzle, which spits water supplied from a hose; a nozzle seat, which is arranged on the water hydrant body and hangs the shower nozzle; a switching part, which can switch water spitting between the water spitting part and the shower nozzle by operation; and the operating handle, which is disposed at the upper end of the water hydrant body to operate water spitting and waterstop of the water spitting part and the shower nozzle. And the switching part is a water hydrant instrument disposed at the nozzle seat.
