The invention relates to a pedal cover-turning floor drain which includes a floor drain frame embedded in a water discharge outlet and a water discharge cylinder body connected to a lower surface of the floor drain frame. A filter screen cover is disposed in the water discharge cylinder body. An annular groove is formed at a position connecting the floor drain frame to the water discharge cylinder body. A turning cover is connected in the annular groove in a turning connection manner. An O-shaped sealing ring is arranged at the outer edge of the turning cover and is used for clamping the annular groove. In the pedal cover-turning floor drain, a protruding block is arranged on a surface of the turning cover so that the turning cover can be turned-over. An upper cover is unnecessary to take out. The pedal cover-turning floor drain is convenient and practical.
