The invention provides a vacuum drainage system technology and device used for collecting municipal wastewater. An evacuation pipe is arranged at the end of a vacuum pipe network and is installed on the side of a vacuum pipe of a vacuum valve connected with a water collecting tank; a one-way valve capable of being opened and closed is connected with the atmosphere; under the condition that the vacuum valve is opened, when the vacuum degree of the end of the pipe network is over low, a small amount of air is replenished through the evacuation pipe, so that the requirement for the vacuum degree of the end of the vacuum pipe network is reduced; and under the condition that the relative vacuum degree of the end of the vacuum pipe network is smaller than zero, vacuum drainage can be achieved. When an air exhaust vacuum pump is used as a vacuum occurring source, a large vacuum energy storage device does not need to be arranged in a vacuum pump station, and the vacuum pump station does not need to be installed in a sinking manner. When an air-water mixed vacuum pump serves as the vacuum occurring source and a drainage device, overheating caused by long-time evacuation of the vacuum pump can be avoided.
