The invention provides a mechanical sewage draining device. The mechanical sewage draining device comprises a well lid, a movable baffle plate, a water wheel, a linkage device and a returning device; the movable baffle plate is arranged at the position of the well lid; the returning device is connected with the movable baffle plate; the water wheel is located in the drainage direction of the drain outlet and connected with the movable baffle plate by use of the linkage device. The mechanical sewage draining device is capable of preventing the stink generated by the sewage from spreading to the outside via the well lid, and is simple in design and practical.
