The assembly type exterior wall and beam connecting structure comprises prefabricated external wall panels, a prefabricated beam and a laminated floor, wherein wall top reserved holes are formed in the upper part of each prefabricated external wall panel, and wall bottom embedded parts are arranged at the bottoms of the prefabricated external wall panels; columns are arranged at the two ends of the prefabricated beam, beam inner side reserved holes corresponding to the wall bottom embedded parts are formed in one side of the prefabricated beam, and reinforcing steel bars and cast-in-place portions are arranged in the beam inner side reserved holes; extending portions are arranged at the outer sides of the beam inner side reserved holes, beam outer side reserved holes corresponding to the wall top reserved holes of the external wall panels above are formed in the extending portions, and reinforcing steel bars and cast-in-place portions are arranged in the wall top reserved holes and the beam outer side reserved holes; beam top embedded parts are arranged in the prefabricated beam and are connected with the laminated floor; the prefabricated external wall panels, the prefabricated beam and the laminated floor are connected through a post-cast strip. According to the assembly type exterior wall and beam connecting structure, the prefabricated external wall panels, the prefabricated beam and the laminated floor are organically connected together, so that the entirety of a whole assembly type building is improved, the assembly type building is firm and reliable, and the seismic performance of the assembly type building is improved.
