Corner splice joint structure for box-type module building
The invention provides a corner splice joint structure for a box-type module building. A box-type module is formed by welding four top beams, four bottom beams, four square steel columns and eight corner stiffeners, wherein each beam comprises a web arranged along the axial direction of the square steel columns and flanges vertically connected with the both sides of the web; two beams intersected at the same corner are connected through one corner stiffener; each corner stiffer comprises two corner plates, two vertical boards and a square steel section with the same height of the beams; one joint connection board is in bolt connection with the vertical boards of the adjacent corner stiffeners between up and down connected box-type modules; upper and lower corner plates of the adjacent corner stiffeners between up and down connected box-type modules are in bolt connection; the vertical boards of the adjacent corner stiffeners between left and right connected box-type modules are jointly in bolt connection with one joint connection board. The corner splice joint structure for the box-type module building has the advantages of clear force transfer, reasonable structure, simplicity and convenience in construction, and easiness in splicing and dismounting; requirements on prefabrication and installation and requirements on load-carrying properties of multi-story buildings can be met.
