Technology for embedding and fixing bolt sleeve
The invention relates to a technology for embedding and fixing a bolt sleeve. The technology is used for buildings. A bolt sleeve fixing device composed of a magnetic chuck, an inner bolt, an outer thread casing pipe, a spring washer and the bolt sleeve is adopted; and an adhesive tape is pasted to the surface, exposed outside, of the magnetic chuck, and the bolt sleeve fixing device is adsorbed at the designed required position in a mould. A combined bolt (1) is formed by combining the inner bolt, the outer thread casing pipe and the spring washer, and the combined bolt (1) is screwed into an inner thread in the middle part of the magnetic chuck to form a combined bolt (2); and the combined bolt (2) is screwed into the bolt sleeve to form the bolt sleeve fixing device. The technology achieves the fixing aim of the bolt sleeve of a sandwich reinforced concrete plate precast by a company; and the embedding precision of the bolt sleeve is ensured, mounting reworking caused by the problem of the embedding precision is reduced, the construction efficiency of the precast concrete plate is improved, and safety of lifting of the precast sandwich reinforced concrete plate is ensured. The bolt sleeve fixing device is convenient to dismount and adjust, easy and convenient to operate and low in cost, and can be repeatedly utilized.
