The invention discloses a waterproof and rainproof cloth, and provides a building waterproof auxiliary material with a novel structure. The waterproof and rainproof cloth consists of a film material substrate, a butyl resin adhering layer and an underlayer from bottom to top, wherein the butyl resin adhering layer is used for realizing an adhering function, and consists of at least two parallel butyl rubber belts which are mutually separated, a gap between the adjacent butyl rubber belts forms a rubber-free passage, the width of the rubber-free passage is 2mm-5cm, and the thickness of each butyl rubber belt is 0.3mm-1.5mm. The embodiment of the invention discloses a specific use method of the waterproof and rainproof cloth. The waterproof and rainproof cloth has the characteristics that the anti-aging property is excellent, the adhering property is lasting, the construction is convenient, and the water leakage and seepage can be effectively prevented.
