The invention discloses a glass bead fireproof insulation device. The glass bead fireproof insulation device comprises a wall, an interface agent, a glass bead insulation mortar layer, an anti-crack mortar layer, a flexible waterproof putty layer and a finish coat layer, wherein the interface agent is coated on the wall; the glass bead insulation mortar layer is arranged on the interface agent; the anti-crack mortar layer is arranged outside the glass bead insulation mortar layer; the flexible waterproof putty layer is coated outside the anti-crack mortar layer; and the finish coat layer is arranged outside the flexible waterproof putty layer. The glass bead fireproof insulation device has excellent insulation performance and excellent thermal insulation and fire prevention performances, and can prevent the insect corrosion.
