The invention discloses an outdoor insulation plate. The outdoor insulation plate consists of a baseplate layer, an insulation layer, a glass steel layer and a waterproof paint layer, wherein the insulation layer is positioned on the baseplate layer; the glass steel layer is positioned on the insulation layer; and the glass steel layer is positioned on the glass steel layer. The outdoor insulation plate has the advantages of excellent insulation effect, no influence on environment and health of constructors, convenience for installation and disassembly and lower cost, and is suitable for outdoor short-term use.
