Tuned mass damper
The invention relates to a tuned mass damper. A top node block is arranged in a steel barrel at the bottom of a top plate, wherein a horizontal elastic cantilever bar is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the top node block; at least one vertical clearance steel plate assembly is arranged at each of two ends of the horizontal elastic cantilever bar; a vertical elastic cantilever bar is fixedly arranged below the top node block; a horizontal clearance steel plate assembly is fixedly arranged below the vertical elastic cantilever bar; the horizontal elastic cantilever bar and the vertical elastic cantilever bar are taken as a rigidity or frequency generating member in a corresponding damping direction; a vertical steel plate with a clearance is taken as a mass member; and a shearing viscous force generation mechanism of a viscous energy consumption liquid which densely fills the steel barrel and the horizontal steel plate with the clearance is adopted as an energy consumption mechanism to form a set of three-way damping tuned mass damper. The tuned mass damper is wider than a general tuned mass damper in applicability.
