The invention relates to the technical field of energy conservation and emission reduction and building engineering, in particular to a method for regulating indoor temperature. The method for regulating indoor temperature comprises the following steps of (1) preparing an interlayer composite wall which is composed of an inner wall, an outer wall and an interlayer; (2) regulating the temperature in the interlayer wall space by means of continuously spraying circulating water to the upper part of the interlayer, and then regulating the indoor temperature through the heat transfer of the inner wall, wherein the top part of the interlayer is connected with the bottom part of the interlayer through pipelines, a water tank and a water pump, so that a water circulation system is formed. In order to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, the invention provides the method for regulating the indoor temperature; on the premise of not increasing the indoor humidity, the indoor temperature is effectively regulated, and the effects of energy saving, economy, high efficiency and environment friendliness are achieved; the method for regulating the indoor temperature is especially suitable for simple or low-cost houses, such as industrial buildings. The invention further provides the interlayer composite layer, which has the advantages that the occupied space is small, not only can the method for regulating the indoor temperature be realized, but also the functions of heat insulation, heat preservation, sound insulation and fire prevention are achieved.
