Thin porous brick masonry type pipeline-embedded heat insulation wall for single-surface wall
The invention provides a thin porous brick masonry type pipeline-embedded heat insulation wall for a single-surface wall, and belongs to the structure design of a light-weight wall in which a pipeline can transversely penetrate through. The pipeline-embedded heat insulation wall is characterized in that a wall body is formed by combining a plurality of flat plate bricks and thin molded bricks, and each flat plate brick is provided with a wire penetrating concave part; a concave notch is formed in the middle part of each flat plate brick with the corresponding wire penetrating concave part; three brick holes with the same size are formed in the middle part of each thin molded brick; each layer of wall body is formed by continuously adhering a plurality of door-shaped units, and each door-shaped unit consists of one flat plate brick with the wire penetrating concave part and two thin molded bricks; a cured heat insulation material layer is arranged at the outer surface of the inner empty surface of each brick; pipelines, such as electric wires and water pipes, are arranged in the space of the door-shaped units of one layer of wall body and on the concave notches of the flat plate bricks with the wire penetrating concave parts, and the pipelines are embedded into the wall body. The thin porous brick masonry type pipeline-embedded heat insulation wall has the advantages that the pipeline is arranged in the wall body, so the arrangement of the pipeline is convenient, and the engineering quantity is reduced; the heat insulation material layer is arranged in the wall body, and the heat insulation material fills into the wall body, so the heat insulation effect is better, and the durability of the heat insulation material is better.
