The invention provides a concrete temperature preservation brick. The concrete temperature preservation brick comprises a brick body, wherein the brick body is provided with two filling holes and two running holes; the filling holes and the running holes alternatively form interval type configuration; two sides of the long edges of the brick body are respectively provided with two semicircular grooves; the brick body has the size of 390mm*190mm*190mm; the filling holes are internally filled with polystyrene foam plastics. The concrete temperature preservation brick has the advantages and positive effects that the brick body is provided with the running holes and the semicircular grooves, so that the raw production materials are saved; the filling holes are filled with polystyrene foam plastic temperature preservation materials, and the temperature preservation performance of the brick body is ensured; the interval type configuration structure formed by the filling holes and the running holes alternatively is beneficial to the construction in a flexible mode so as to be adaptive to different occasions. The concrete temperature preservation brick is reasonable in structural design, and after testing, the tensile strength of the concrete temperature preservation brick is greater than M10.
