The invention relates the field of building materials, in particular to an imitation stone composite board and a preparation process thereof. The imitation stone composite board sequentially comprises a transparent panel, an EVA (Ethylene Vinyl-Acetate Copolymer) film layer, an epoxy resin layer and a base plate from top to bottom and is prepared by heating at negative pressure. The preparation process comprises the following steps: firstly, performing trimming and thickness calibrating on the base plate as well as performing surface roughening treatment and drying on the inner end face, trimming and drying the transparent panel and performing surface roughening treatment on the inner end face; secondly, performing 3D (three-dimensional scanning) on patterns; thirdly, heating and attaching. Due to the adoption of the structure and the process, the composite board has the advantages of light weight, high strength, high anti-contamination capability, convenience for mounting, high consistency of colors and patterns, wide application range, low cost, high safety and three-dimensional light transmitting effect; the panel can be prevented from being broken and falling off.
