The invention discloses a heat insulation type ground heating floor, which comprises a wood floor and a metal sandwich plate positioned below the wood floor, wherein heating spaces for mounting electric heating bodies are formed in the metal sandwich plate; horizontal mounting plates for mounting the electric heating bodies are further arranged in the metal sandwich plate; heat insulation grooves are symmetrically formed in the left and right positions of the metal sandwich plate. The heat insulation type ground heating floor has the beneficial effects that heat-preservation plates are additionally arranged in the heating spaces, and the electric heating bodies are arranged on the upper parts in the heating spaces to be close to the lower surface of the wood floor so as to upwards transfer heat faster and prevent temperature from being diffused to the two sides, so that heat insulation effects of the heat insulation type ground heating floor are better than those of a conventional plastic heat insulation ground heating floor; in addition, residual spaces in the heating spaces are enlarged, so that the electric heating bodies are convenient to assemble and disassemble and easy to maintain and replace; moreover, a conventional plastic heat insulation layer is omitted, so that cost is lowered.
