The invention relates to a self-turnover construction system and method for internal-climbing tower crane supporting steel beams in a hydraulic formwork climbing system. According to the system and the method, a pair of winches is arranged on a hydraulic platform and is matched with pulley blocks, the bottommost turnover supporting steel beam is disassembled along with the climbing of the hydraulic formwork climbing system, then, all components are sequentially lifted to target locations and then are subjected to assembled mounting so as to serve as a new first bearing supporting steel beam, an original second supporting steel beam becomes a new turnover supporting steel beam, and the whole climbing construction of the supporting steel beams is realized in such a repeating manner. According to the system and the method, hoisting equipment is simple, the flexibility of operation is high, the cost is extremely low, and the problems in the traditional construction that a large-sized tower crane is required to be specially arranged to carry out supporting steel beam hoisting construction, the efficiency is low, the cost is high, an internal-climbing tower crane cannot work normally during hoisting, hoisting holes are required to be preformed in each platform of formwork climbing, meanwhile, a large number of safety protections are additionally arranged, the use space of formwork climbing platforms can be affected, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed are effectively solved.
