The invention discloses a multifunctional automobile circulating parking system, which comprises a control system, a vertical frame, a plurality of automobile bearing devices for bearing automobiles, a transmission device, a chain rail and a chain, wherein the transmission device is arranged on the middle part of the vertical frame; the transmission device comprises an upper chain wheel and a lower chain wheel; the chain forms transmission on the chain rail through the upper and lower chain wheels; the automobile bearing devices are arranged on the two sides of the middle part of the vertical frame respectively; the chain is connected with the two ends of the automobile bearing devices respectively; the chain rail is used for perpendicularly replacing the automobile bearing devices upwards, downwards, leftwards and rightwards along the vertical frame in a circulating manner. According to the system, circulating placement for parking can be automatically implemented, the expansion of cellar ways and special automobile parking and taking ways is avoided, and the space utilization rate is extremely high.
