The invention discloses a bearing linkage mechanism of a handle lock; the bearing linkage mechanism comprises a bearing baseplate, a bearing faceplate, a bearing, a return spring and a starting plate; handle penetrating holes are formed on the bearing baseplate and the bearing faceplate; a spring positioning pile and a spring stroke positioning opening are arranged on the bearing baseplate; a positioning pile hole matching with the spring positioning pile is arranged on the bearing faceplate; the bearing is composed of an external ring and an internal ring; the internal ring is provided with an upper flange and a lower flange; a bayonet is arranged on the upper flange; a bayonet plate, a spring hook and a spring positioning hook are arranged on the starting plate; the internal ring of the bearing sleeves the handle penetrating hole on the bearing baseplate; the return spring is fixed on the starting plate and sleeves outside the bearing; the bayonet plate of the starting plate is clamped in the bayonet; and the bearing faceplate is locked on the bearing baseplate. Compared with the prior art, the handle of the lock can be pulled bi-directionally; when it is assembled, the lock is easy to assemble; a large amount of manpower is saved, the manufacturing cost is reduced and the service life of the handle lock is prolonged.
