The invention discloses an asynchronous mechanical anti-theft magnetic lock. The rear lock cylinder, the connector and the front lock cylinder of the asynchronous mechanical anti-theft magnetic lock are completely disconnected, the front side of the rear lock cylinder is provided with a connecting hole, and the rear side of the rear lock cylinder is fixedly provided with a connecting bolt which passes through a through hole; a magnetic repulsion lock and an attraction lock are hidden in a lock body and the rear lock cylinder to lock the rear lock cylinder, and an inclined locking device and a hook locking device are used for carrying out dead lock on the front lock cylinder. The asynchronous mechanical anti-theft magnetic lock combines mechanical mutual locking, invisibility and the connection invisibility of the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder into a whole, so that thieves can not simultaneously unlock the magnetic repulsion lock, the attraction lock, the inclined locking device and the hook locking device, and the rear lock cylinder can not be rotated.
