The invention provides a door lock convenient for a hand-disabled person to open. A lock handle of the door lock can be mounted on a door; a fixed turntable capable of rotating the lock handle is mounted; and a pull rope with a pedal is arranged on the fixed turntable. When a double hand-disabled person incapable of opening the door lock opens the door, a foot can step on the pedal to rotate the lock handle so as to open the door lock of the door.
